Greg Sullivan, CEO/CTO

Mr. Sullivan is responsible for all aspects of Global Velocity’s strategy and growth. Mr. Sullivan is a noted business professional and has been acknowledged with the 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 1999 United States National Small Business Person of the Year Award. Mr. Sullivan was previously Founder and Chief Executive Officer of technology consulting firm G.A. Sullivan, which he successfully operated for over 20 years until acquired by Avanade®, a joint venture originally created by Accenture and Microsoft.

Bill Edwards, COO

Mr. Edwards is responsible for managing Global Velocity’s operations, finance, accounting and human resources functions.  Prior to Global Velocity, Mr. Edwards held various executive level roles for both public and privately held companies.  Prior to his company roles, Mr. Edwards was a Partner with the international accounting and management consultant firm Grant Thornton, LLP.

Robert Wheeler, Major General, USAF (ret), Chief Strategy Executive

Maj Gen Wheeler (ret) is responsible for developing, communicating and sustaining Global Velocity’s strategic initiatives.  Prior to Global Velocity, Maj Gen Wheeler was the DoD Deputy Chief Information Officer for Command, Control, and Communications and was responsible for leading cybersecurity modernization and standardization in critical legacy National Security Systems while managing many of the Nation’s most sensitive communications programs.  His experience encompasses all facets of combat flying operations, cyber, electronic warfare, nuclear operations, command and control (C2), communications as well as international negotiations.  He also has broad leadership and budgeting experience at the Secretary of Defense staff level, interagency, Congress, White House, as well as with our international partners.

Jack Reinelt, Chief Growth Executive

Mr. Reinelt is responsible for overall sales, marketing, business development strategy, and management.  Mr. Reinelt has over 30 years of management and executive responsibility in technology, including software, database, e-commerce and services companies. His principal focus is on building revenue, profitability, and enterprise value in B2B businesses. Most recently he was CEO of GoIndustry Dovebid, a publicly held UK e-commerce and BPO provider. Previously, he led the European business of Tele Atlas NV, one of the world’s largest digital map providers, as Managing Director and COO.

Joe Leonard, Director of Field Operations

Mr. Leonard is responsible for bringing to market Global Velocity’s next generation cybersecurity solutions and has spent over 25 years in communications technology, with experience ranging from military systems to global fortune 100 networks to modern day cloud-based solutions.
