Meet the Global Velocity team.

Greg Sullivan, CEO/CTO
Mr. Sullivan is responsible for all aspects of Global Velocity’s strategy and growth. Mr. Sullivan is a noted business professional and has been acknowledged with the 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 1999 United States National Small Business Person of the Year Award. Mr. Sullivan was previously Founder and Chief Executive Officer of technology consulting firm G.A. Sullivan, which he successfully operated for over 20 years until acquired by Avanade®, a joint venture originally created by Accenture and Microsoft.
Bill Edwards Bill Edwards, Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Edwards is responsible for managing Global Velocity’s operations, finance, accounting and human resources functions.  Prior to Global Velocity, Mr. Edwards held various executive level roles for both public and privately held companies.  Prior to his company roles, Mr. Edwards was a Partner with the international accounting and management consultant firm Grant Thornton, LLP.
Mike Eck Mike Eck, Director Business Development
Mr. Eck is responsible for marketing, sales, and business development for all of Global Velocity’s commercial pursuits.  Mr. Eck brings over 25 years of IT industry experience to Global Velocity, having served in various Account Management, Area Management and Regional Management roles with Ceridian, Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Computer Horizons Corp. and dbaDIRECT.
Gary L. Benton, CLO and VP Corporate Development
Mr. Benton is responsible for Global Velocity’s legal, regulatory and government relations activities, and leads the company’s corporate development efforts. Based in Palo Alto, Mr. Benton has a 20-year track record of working with both venture investors and emerging-growth technology companies like Global Velocity. Prior to joining Global Velocity, Mr. Benton was a partner in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Coudert Brothers LLP.
Joe Leonard Joe Leonard, Director of Technology
Mr. Leonard is responsible for bringing to market Global Velocity’s next generation cybersecurity solutions.  He has spent over 25 years in communications technology, with experience ranging from military systems to global fortune 100 networks to modern day internet solutions.  Previously Joe held a Director’s role in the Chief Technology Office of Nortel Networks where he was responsible for Enterprise Data and VoIP technology direction.

The board is chaired by F. Holmes Lamoreux, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Sabreliner Corporation, a diversified aerospace service company. Board members are senior executives from a diverse array of tech/telecom and financial sectors, including Ed Glotzbach, former CFO/CIO of SBC, who also sits on the company's Technical Advisory Board.
