Greg
Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer: Mr.
Sullivan is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s
strategy and growth. Greg was previously Founder and Chief
Executive Officer of technology consulting firm G.A. Sullivan.
Based in St. Louis for over 20 years,
Mr. Sullivan is a noted business professional within the United
States having been acknowledged for the 2000 Entrepreneur of
the Year Award, the 1999 United States National Small Business
Person of the Year, placement on the Inc. 500 list of “fastest
growing private companies in America” and inclusion in
the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 list of “fastest
growing technology companies in the United States”, and
is a pillar within the local community.
Greg also has extensive
international experience having opened G.A. Sullivan offices
in London and the Netherlands and serving as executive
client relationship manager for each market.
Among
his civic accomplishments are serving as Vice Chairman
of Science and Technology for the St. Louis Regional Commerce
and Growth Association and leading an effort to advance
the region’s technology-based
economy through Technology Gateway, for which he was the
founding chair. |

Mike
O’Brien, Vice President of Engineering: Mr.
O’Brien is responsible for overall technical strategy
and product development for Global Velocity.
Mike
O’Brien brings
26 years of progressive telecommunications and information
services technical and management experience. Most recently
Mr. O’Brien served as VP of Engineering for Ineo
USA, Inc., a network security applications development
company, focused on the telecommunications industry. Prior
to Ineo, Mike was VP of Technical Services for Log On America
where he managed all aspects of technical design, implementation,
security and operations of the broadband business unit.
Before Log On America, Mike spent 2 years at Allied Riser
Communications as the Executive Director of Program Management
for all technical programs and projects. Mike also spent
11 years at Sprint where he held several executive technical
positions, and had the opportunity to patent several of
his own inventions around networking.
Mike has served as a member
of the Board of Directors, as a technology consultant in
networking and systems, for two diverse companies in healthcare
technologies and manufacturing technologies. |

Tom
Foster, Vice President of Sales: Mr.
Foster is responsible for worldwide commercial sales at
Global Velocity. Mr. Foster brings over 20 years executive
leadership and sales experience, having held senior management
positions at companies such as Avanade and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Foster most recently
served as Avanade’s South Region General Manager
and Americas Area Growth and Strategy Director. Mr. Foster
joined Avanade in 2003 and started the company’s
South Region business unit, covering 13 states. While at
Avanade, he built a large sales and service delivery team,
substantially expanding Avanade’s business into all
major markets and across all major industry segments. Mr.
Foster held overall responsibility for the analysis, planning,
design and implementation of new business capabilities
and markets to drive company growth in the Americas.
Prior to Avanade, Mr. Foster
served in numerous sales and business unit management roles
with G. A. Sullivan and Daugherty Systems. And, while
a Manager at Arthur Andersen, he served as Product Manager
for a new software application suite used by Andersen Global
1000 clients. |

Marc Raderman, Regional Vice President: Marc
is responsible for Sales and Strategy in the Northeast
markets and Financial Services nationally. He brings over
20 years of executive leadership with senior level roles
at firms such as Accenture/Avanade, Dell, and Merrill Lynch.
Marc
most recently was Avanade’s East Region General
Manager responsible for all strategy, sales, and delivery
for this geography. During his 4 year tenure his business
unit achieved significant top and bottom line growth along
with very high levels of customer and employee satisfaction – a
critical turnaround from prior years.
Prior
to entering the consulting arena in 1997, Marc had a successful
nine year tenure as an IT executive with Merrill Lynch focusing
largely in the capital markets and investment banking business
units. Marc was responsible for introducing and successfully
deploying some of the earliest distributed computing solutions
at the firm. |

Ed
Morrissey, Vice President of
Marketing: Mr. Morrissey
is responsible for creating and executing Global Velocity’s
overall go to market efforts and product marketing strategy.
Ed is also responsible for government sales,
including defining strategic alliances, working with resellers
and managing direct relationships.
With over 17 years executive
experience within the technology industry, Ed has a successful
track record of building and selling businesses, launching
products and opening markets for both start-ups and Fortune
1000s.
Prior to joining Global
Velocity, Ed served as the president of major markets for
a $100 million IT consulting business unit of MPS Group
(NYSE: MPS), a Fortune 1000 company, where he led overall
operations, supported M&A strategy, led a federal government
solutions group, opened the NYC market and served as executive
client relationship manager for the company’s largest
accounts. His responsibilities included direct sales, channel
and partner management, service delivery, operational strategy
and client management. |

Chetan
Mathur, President Partner Advisory Board: Mr.
Mathur is responsible for directing all partner meetings
and managing all partner meeting outcomes. Mr. Mathur acts
as an advisor to Global Velocity's executive management
and as appropriate Board of Directors on all channel matters
including the selection of potential partners and Global
Velocity's support provided to partners. He is responsible
for and approves all Global Velocity defined partner programs.
With over 20 years of experience, Chetan has become a trusted
advisor to top IT executives. As CEO of Next Pathway (Next),
Chetan brings his extensive skills to bear in keeping Next
at the forefront of the IT industry.
Previously, Chetan Mathur was
the CEO of M Systems Group (M). Under his direction, M grew
to become a leading provider of outsourced managed email
to financial services organizations. Prior to joining M,
Chetan was the founder and CEO of Sage Information Consultants.
Chetan developed Sage into an international technology integrator
specializing in the Microsoft enterprise platform.
Chetan is a member of the Young
Presidents Organization and serves on the Board of Directors
of LuminaTO, Canada's pre-eminent festival of Arts & Creativity.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and
Computer Science from the University of Toronto. |

F. Holmes Lamoreux: Chairman
of the Board and CEO of Sabreliner Corporation, a diversified
aerospace service and modification company with 2005 sales
of approximately of $200 million. The firm supports
a variety of corporate, commercial, military and government
aircraft, engines, systems and components. He became
CEO of Sabreliner in July 1983 when he and investment partners
acquired the Sabreliner Division of Rockwell International. He
is Sabreliner’s majority stockholder. Previously
he held senior finance and operations management positions
at Cummins Engine Company, American Standard, Inc., Fairchild
Industries and Arvin Industries. At Arvin, a Fortune
500 company, he was promoted to CFO and named to the board
of directors. He holds an MBA from Columbia University’s
Business School.
Ed Glotzbach:
Ed currently serves as President and CEO
of TPI, Inc., a Houston based firm that is the leading outsourcing
advisory firm in the United States. Ed is responsible for
all operational and financial activities of the firm. Prior
to that, Ed had a 33+ year career with SBC Communications,
Inc., most recently serving as Executive Vice President and
Chief Information Officer of SBC Communications from 1998
until October 2003. He was responsible for corporate-wide
Information Technology functions, including Applications
Development and Maintenance, Data Center Operations, Desktop,
and other infrastructure issues. He was also responsible
for all billing systems and operations. Ed joined SWBT in
1970 and advanced through a variety of assignments with SWBT,
AT&T, and Bellcore. He was named Vice President-Customer
Services for SWBT in 1992. In 1993 he became Vice President-General
Manager. In 1994 Ed was appointed Vice President-Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer for Southwestern Bell Telephone.
Ed serves as Chairman of the Washburn University Endowment
in Topeka. Ed is also a member of the Board of Directors
for The Laclede Group, a St. Louis based energy conglomerate.
Arnold
W. Donald: President & Chief
Executive Officer, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
International. Arnold W. Donald is President and Chief Executive
Officer of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.
Prior to joining JDRF, Mr. Donald was Chairman and CEO of
Merisant Company, which products include leading global tabletop
sweetener brands Equaland Canderel. Prior
to assuming leadership of Merisant, Mr. Donald was a senior
executive at Monsanto Company in St. Louis, MO. A native
of New Orleans, Mr. Donald received a BA degree from Carleton
College, a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Washington
University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the University of
Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Donald and
his wife, Hazel, have two daughters, Radiah and Alicia, and
one son Zachary.
Ann
Tretter: Marketing
and Management Consultant, has more than 30 years experience
in corporate communications, sales and marketing, and business
management. She
started and developed three successful businesses prior to
joining the board of Global Velocity. She is President
of Tretter Group Inc., a strategic communications firm specializing
in business-to-business marketing and corporate communications.
Tretter has provided counsel to a broad range of clients,
from Fortune 100 companies to mid-size entities. Her
expertise includes corporate positioning for specific business
opportunities such as mergers, acquisitions, refinancing
and an IPO. Ann
holds a degree in Bachelor of Journalism from the University
of Missouri, Columbia.
Matthew
Kulig: Co-founded
Global Velocity Inc. in 2000, based upon concepts created
from his experience as a telecommunication technician in
the Air Force. As CEO, he led the company to develop one
of the world’s
most powerful IP portfolios for hardware-based network analysis
tools, capable of handling tens of thousands of searches
on up to 6 million network flows per second. He has over
20 years business experience in sales, marketing and management.
Matthew holds an MBA in Management Information Systems
from Southern Illinois University.
Dr. Michael Faddis: An
original investor with Global Velocity, joined the board
in the spring of 2005. Dr. Faddis attended St. Louis
University and received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the
University of Missouri at Kansas City. He has practiced
general dentistry for twenty-six years and is currently a
partner in the Brentwood Dental Group located in Brentwood,
Missouri.
Greg
Sullivan: As Chief Executive
Officer of Global Velocity, Greg brings a wealth of experience
to the board. Greg founded and led his last
company to a successful acquisition and has an impressive
track record of building executive teams, developing innovative
solutions, growing companies and securing market share. |
